Refund policy
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you decide to return an item the P&P charges will be your responsibility.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind once your order has been dispatched.
We do not offer a refund or exchange on Bespoke/Commission pieces.
Items must be returned back to us in the condition they were received in, including tags have not been removed, the item has not been worn or altered.
We do not reimburse P&P costs as this has an impact on small businesses, unless your item is faulty, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We always aim to describe items in as much detail as possible including measurements.
