Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We aim to ship all orders out within 3 business days.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take up to 48 hours to process.

Please Note:- We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

It is important you provide the correct address upon your order, as items sent to an incorrect address we cannot be held responsible.

UK ORDERS

Standard UK shipping £5.95

Orders £50.00 or more - FREE Delivery 

Royal Mail can take anywhere between 3-7 days to deliver.

All orders are sent 'Royal Mail Signed For' and a tracking number will be emailed, along with postage confirmation after your order has been sent.

Orders outside the UK - please contact us for delivery costs as prices will ary depending on weight and region.

DELIVERY FAQ's

All items are allocated a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

If an order is returned to us as 'Return to Sender/Undelivered', the postage costs to reship your order will be the customer's responsibility.

If your item is lost or mislaid in the post, VINTAGE SOULS BOUTIQUE will not be able to issue any refunds or exchanges prior to receiving confirmation from the said courier to confirm the parcel status as lost.  This process can take upto 28 working days.

If you believe your item has arrived faulty please contact us on the contact form or email us vintagesoulsboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, explaining the issues.

Please Note:- We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays which might be out of our control, as weather conditions, road traffic incidents etc; however we do our best to help you should there be any delay.

By placing an order with VINTAGE SOULS BOUTIQUE you are responsible for all shipping charges.
